The best development starts for me from understanding: understanding people, understanding their culture, their mentality and their way of life. Any development activity should be seen as an exchange: an exchange of life experience, ideas and creativity between equals and not a mere “giving and receiving”.

Me and Africa

For me Africa means a continent with an ancient history and culture. It’s a place that is sometimes forgotten, but it seems that a new generation emerged there, a generation that tries to find its own way, takes things in hands and reflects in a different way its past and present.

Me and Journalism

As a documentary filmmaker I am passionate of discovering new aspects of life, interesting people and extraordinary destinies. By making films, I try to communicate with an audience and to present a slice of life through universal stories.
