Me and Journalism

I am a life-long ‘news junkie’ trained as a soil scientist, but the zeal to know the world through the news made me lift my pen and pursue a career that seeks to promote a better world for humanity. I can’t imagine myself doing anything else. With the evolution of new media and its complexities, journalism has become even more interesting and intriguing, offering boundless possibilities and I am living it.

Me and Development Cooperation from the North

With the lingering crises on issues such as ‘multiculturalism’ and world finances, the world faces a new era that will redefine international relations. Still, the essence of cooperation for all forms of development in the 21st century cannot be underestimated. All of us, from the northern to the southern hemisphere, need to start talking dispassionately.

Me and My Home Continent

"I am African not because I was born in Africa but because Africa was born in me” is a quote from Kwame Nkrumah that depicts my passion for my home country. Yes, we’ve got issues that largely portray the continent in a bad light, but there are also stories of greatness and beauty that abound and that I choose to tell with utmost relish.
