When I compile a good piece and listen to it on air, or read it, I think of all the other people who have gained a new piece of knowledge right at that moment, and decided to do something differently and improve their lives; I would like to be modest and calm as I say this …..but how amazing is that?! It’s an enriching profession.

Me and Development Cooperation

NGOs, at the height of their capacity building and mobilisation work, forget that people learn not statistics but from a well-told story. Development works when all parties have a common goal to deliver simple messages, which make people feel like they matter thereby influencing a person to change.

Me and Africa

The sun is warm, and even when situations are dire, the sun always comes up in the morning. The beaches are long, white and never ending. I know everyone has read the brochures, I just wish many more believed the brochures and not the news. The sun is shining, every day.
