E4S Cycle 3: Applications Open Now!

Interested journalists from Sub-Saharan Africa can send in their applications until Monday, 18 July. Eastern European journalists can apply online through a link on the website. The deadline for applications is Tuesday, 6 September.
Cycle 3 will start in October 2011 and end late January 2012.
